About Fatso’s Famous Pizza

The Kiefer Family has always had a passion for pizza. This passion led us on a journey across the country, sampling pizzas from boutique pizzerias to popular chain restaurants. Despite the variety, we noticed a common theme: many of the pizzas lacked excitement and originality. Determined to break the mold, we set out to create our own unique pizza experience.

Our pizza-making adventure began in 2016 with the installation of a wood-fired pizza oven in our backyard. This changed the way we enjoyed pizza. Friends and family raved about the distinctive flavors and textures of our homemade pizzas, often urging us to share our creations with the world. Soon our family hobby developed into a business. We realized that our unique pizzas would be the perfect addition to our campgrounds!

Over five years of experimentation, we carefully crafted and refined our recipes. We invited everyone—from employees and customers to friends and even Kolin’s baseball team—to taste our pizzas, ensuring that every bite was perfect. Our passion, dedication, and love for quality pizza are what pushed us to create fatso’s famous pizza. Our business is a testament to our family’s hard work and commitment to deliver the best to our community.
